Wow the place updated alot of its inconviniences maintance is defeanetly doing its job and the manager marian has the place organized and the staff on their best behavior managment has defeanetly got a professional wow seriously just wow I seriously recomed the hotel

Loved it! My stay was for over a month or so. Definitely an upgrade from the Motel 6. Clean room, clean air conditioning unit (no funky smell), breakfast was very nice. The owners are very nice people too. Didn't get lung infections or colds/flus from the room. Rooms enclosed in the building are less prone to bugs. (My) Room didn't smell like roaches or infestation which is great as I could not lift up the bed myself to clean under it. The back area behind the bed was clean as well. Any bugs I saw came in from an exit door down the hall, totally understandable. Neighbors were quiet, upstairs too. People around are friendly but you keep to yourself. Homeless can be around look for recyclables, didn't bother me or my people. Trash cans outside the exit doors for use. Bathroom was clean, no bug or roach markings or mold. Pet friendly, 10-15$ fee for big/small dogs. You're provided with a microwave, lamp, tv, bed/s, dresser and table/s. Very spacious for 4 people. Will pick this place again if I ever come back.

Rooms a bit worn but bed and furniture new. A few sketchy people holed up in long term rooms, and a few people in older model dented cars in parking lot chilling. Well lit parking lot, seems safe with a few people wandering outside smoking. Super budget friendly motel.

Great staff, very friendly! Breakfast from 7-10am, hot coffee and waffles! In a good location with fast food and restaurants close by. Awesome for the price, check it out!

All of these negative reviews are from people going into this place with the wrong expectations. Is it outdated? Yes. Are there various stains? Yes. Is the clientele a bit bedraggled? Yes. But are the fundamentals for sleeping comfortably there, and are the people working there kind, and is there an effort to provide nice services despite the cheap price? Yes! The beds were clean and nice; the staff at the front desk was very helpful; and best of all they provided a real, free breakfast, plus snacks and good coffee. Overall a very good value from a hotel on the up swing.

I stayed here with about a month ago and I think it is a decent place. I had no expectations and was glad that the price was not high. The stay was comfortable and quick. There was breakfast as they detailed. There are great and friendly staff there. Despite a few insects I saw in the restroom, I felt safe and okay staying here for a weekend. It was a money-saving stay and nothing extensive to notify future guests about. I would return under the conditions that I again wanted to save money and know that I will not utilize many feature/functions. My stay with family here for the weekend was to merely have a place to return to after my commencement. A plus is the variety of food options nearby and in close proximity from convenience food to restaurant next door to fast food places across the street. It was a good experience and a decent stay.

Stayed at Merced Inn and Suites, and it was honestly a great experience. The guy at the front desk, Manny, was super nice and really helpful with booking my room. Gotta say, he was pretty hunky too lol. The room itself was big, clean, and smelled good which way better than I expected. If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would! UPDATE 11/2025: The best management of the hotel is gone. The current management is garbage. They don’t do anything except sit around and yell, like that plastic granny. Tell her to work harder and act like an actual adult, not a bratty child.
